What’s the Gentell Patient-Specific Model?

Through our patient-specific model we provide efficient, affordable, patient-specific wound care to patients in Care Homes, Residential Homes, Hospices and in the community.

There are 3 components to our unique model…

#1 The Clinical Wound Advisor

A Clinical Wound Advisor supports each location by providing face to face education and training.  Staff are supported to complete holistic assessments and receive advice on treatment protocols.  Assessments are completed using the Fastcare platform which also allows for telehealth connection. A combination of face-to-face contact as well as remotely monitored wound progress leads to great patient outcomes.

#2 The Fastcare® EHR Platform

The user-friendly Fastcare® platform formulates individualised patient care plans and records wound healing progress.  Visual graphs instantly inform the care giver of wound progress and allow for an immediate change up in program should wound healing stall. Following assessment, wound care products are recommended and are easy to order using the platform.

#3 Individualised Fulfilment

Prescriptions are requested, signed and returned to the distribution centre within 5 to 7 days.  These are dispensed by the onsite pharmacist and products are supplied through Gentell’s 3rd party logistics operator which deliver directly to the requesting location.
